TENNIS  COURTS

As with the rest of our services we offer a variety of ways to meet your needs and budget.  We offer technical assistance in the planning and layout of your new courts.  For municipal parks departments, we can offer assistance determining a cost analysis of repairs verses replacement.

Pressure washing- Most tennis / basketball court surfaces need annual cleaning to prevent molds and dirt from breaking down the color surface.   A mild detergent with light water pressure will gently remove dirt and provide a fresh looking surface without the cost.

Repair Defects - Before any application of acrylic coatings, all defects to the court surface need noted.  At this point you can decide how extensive the repairs need to be. Cracks can be repaired as well as filing and smoothing low spots.

Coatings- After repairs a made, a minimum of one coat of acrylic resurfacer, and two coats of color coating are recommended.  A Variety of colors are now available to the consumer.  The traditional green or something to match your school colors are now available to the consumer. 

Lines- Yes you have to have them. We measure and tape off where all lines will go.  We then apply one coat of clear sealant over the tape.  This fills the gaps between the tape and the surface to prevent paint from wicking underneath the tape.  Then two coats of bright white paint are applied.
