Our product s are maintenance free, and have highly reflective tape molded into the speed bump, hump or parking block to provide optimal visibility even on a dark night or in inclement weather. This ensures drivers are alerted well in advance of their presence. Optional cat’s eye reflectors further enhance visibility.
The parking products we use can be installed temporarily for a temporary parking lot or traffic control scenario, or anchored in permanently as a permanent addition to your parking lot safety enhancement

Speed Bumps are typically 10-24 ft. long x 12″ inches wide x 2 1/2 inches high. Speed Bumps reduce speeds to 2 – 5 mph. They are usually used in parking facilities and in some residential locations. These are more aggressive and can dramatically slow down the drive-through traffic. They are often used in high pedestrian areas such as shopping centers, school zones, neighborhood intersections, parking facilities or multi-family properties. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Speed Humps
Speed humps are ideal in situations requiring a smooth, continuous traffic flow and just a slight slowing of traffic.Their modular design allows them to be created to a length the exact width of the roadway or entrance you require.And their tough construction means these products are designed to stand up to heavy truck traffic.
Speed Humps typically are 24″ long x 12 ft wide x 6 inches high. Speed Humps reduce speeds to 10 – 15 mph. They are the least aggressive traffic control product. They are designed to reduce speed, however, they will still maintain a continuous traffic flow. These are used in school parking lots and crossings, playground areas, hospitals, airports, and parking facilities.

Parking Lot / Concrete & Rubber Car Blocks – Wheel Stops
Parking blocks, also known as car stops, can play a critical role in the safety of your parking areas. These devices can play a crucial role in preventing out of control vehicles from crashing into your store front or building. In sslippery or icy conditions, vehicle braking distance may be reduced. A well placed parking block may be the last resort to stop that vehicle before extensive property damage or even personal injury occurs. 
Universal Seal can install a wide variety of parking blocks in your parking lots and parking areas. The car stops we use are available in 22″, 3′, 4′, 6′ and 8′ lengths. Reflective tape molded into the parking block is available in yellow, white, or (handicap) blue to designate certain parking areas, and optimize visibility to motorists and pedestrians.
Parking blocks can also be installed in home garages, parking garages and used in other areas where vehicles such as ATV, golf carts and other modes of transportation are parked or stored.
Unlike asphalt or concrete products, 100% recycled products have a perfectly uniform profile, and will not crack, warp, rot, chip or incur weather related damage. The products we use are resistant to ultraviolet light, oil, water, moisture, and extreme hot and cold temperatures. They are simple to install and do not require road closures or extended traffic diversion.

8′ Concrete “Truck” Wheel Stop
Sometimes a regular sized wheel stop (4-6 foot) is not enough to get the job done; for that we offer industrial-sized concrete truck stops. 
These wheel stops start at 283 lbs in weight, and go all the way to 560 lbs a piece.
These wheel stops can handle the weight of delivery trucks and big rigs, whereas smaller wheel stops will be destroyed pretty quickly and are also great at deterring entry into areas that should not be entered.
Note: These wheel stops are so heavy that they need to be installed using a forklift, and require special order and delivery.
